Thanks for shopping with Zavra. Here's exactly how and when your order gets to you, with no fine-print surprises.

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide only. We don't currently ship to addresses outside Australia.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Australia.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days.

Most orders arrive toward the shorter end of that window, but we'd rather give you an honest range than promise something we can't always hit. Busy periods, public holidays and customs checks can add a few days.

Every order is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

Where to track your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, email us at shop.zavra@gmail.com and we'll send it through.

Delays

Most parcels run on time, but occasionally one gets held up in transit or customs. If your order passes 25 business days with no movement, email us at shop.zavra@gmail.com and we'll chase it for you or sort out a replacement or refund. You're covered, so don't stress.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct details (return-to-sender parcels can take a while to come back).
