You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to let us know if you're not happy with it. Email us at shop.zavra@gmail.com and we'll sort out a refund or a replacement.
In most cases you won't need to post anything back to us. We'll handle it over email.
Please check your order when it arrives. If it's faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at shop.zavra@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and a quick photo or short video of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. The photo just helps us understand the problem and improve, it's not a hurdle.
If you've simply changed your mind within 30 days, get in touch and we'll help. For change-of-mind, we may ask you to return the item in its original condition, and the return postage would be at your cost. We'll always try to find the easiest option for both of us first.
Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. It usually lands within 5 business days on our side, though your bank can take a little longer to show it.
Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded. If a product has a major fault, you're entitled to a replacement or refund, and you may be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it isn't of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
