How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then delivery to Australia usually takes 10 to 20 business days. Most orders land toward the shorter end. We'd rather give you an honest range than promise something we can't always hit.
Do you ship across Australia?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide, and shipping is free on every order.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order is tracked, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
My order is taking a while, what do I do?
Most parcels run on time, but customs or busy periods can add a few days. If your order passes 25 business days with no movement, email us and we'll chase it or sort a replacement or refund. You're covered.
The product
Does it come with a wall plug?
No, and it doesn't need one. The AuroraGlow runs off the included USB cable, so you can plug it into any USB port: a laptop, a power bank, or any USB wall adapter you already have at home.
How is it powered?
By USB, through the included cable. It's low power, so it's happy running off almost anything with a USB port.
Does the remote need a battery?
No, the battery is already included. The remote runs on a small button cell that's built in. If the remote doesn't respond out of the box, check for a clear plastic tab near the battery and pull it out to activate it.
How many colours and modes does it have?
Two light effects, Aurora Borealis and Water Ripple, plus 16 colours. You change everything from the remote, including colour, brightness and speed.
What colours does the light itself come in?
The housing comes in two finishes: Midnight Black and Pearl White. You pick the finish, then choose your effect and colours with the remote.
Is it noisy?
No. There's no fan or motor, so it's completely silent. Good for sleep, study or winding down.
Can I leave it on overnight?
Yes. It's a low-heat LED running on USB, so it's fine to leave on while you sleep.
Is it safe for kids' rooms?
The light itself is a soft, low-heat LED and works well in bedrooms and nurseries. Just keep the remote out of reach of very young children, since it contains a small button cell battery.

What's your returns policy?
You've got a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day your order arrives. If you're not happy, email us and we'll sort a refund or a replacement. In most cases you won't need to post anything back.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a quick photo or short video of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you'd prefer. No need to send the faulty one back.
